Registration
ACM ICMR 2025 adopts an ‘all-in-one’ registration fee, which will cover your attendance to all events, namely:
- Admission to the ICMR’25 conference
- Admission to workshops and tutorials
- Refreshments, coffee breaks and lunches
- An invitation for the conference social dinner and welcome reception

Note: The price includes ticket fee and services charge. In case of payment by credit/debit cards, there may be an extra fee charged by visa processing agents.
Registration Policy
Each paper (both workshop and conference) needs to be covered by a FULL (NON-STUDENT) registration fee. A full registration fee cannot cover two papers, so multiple papers, e.g., full, short, demo, etc, of the same registering author will each need a corresponding full registration payment. One registration for one paper.
Cancellation/Refund policy
No cancellation will be allowed. Refunds will not be offered.
